THM is committed to publishing the highest-quality research and reliable, authoritative review articles that are free from commercial influence.
For all all articles published, The Heart Matrix
• lists study sponsorship
• declare online all disclosures filed by all authors in the full text of each article
• may publish additional information about author contributions in the Methods section of research articles.
The Heart Matrix expects that authors and/or reviewers have no significant financial interests in any biomedical company relevant to topics and products discussed or in the subject they are reviewing or the article on which they are commenting. When prospective authors and reviewers do have financial ties to disclose, THM editors decide whether they are relevant or not to the subject. THM policy requires that none of its editors have any financial relationships with any biomedical companies.
